Adam Chruściel was born on 08.12.1908 in Widerce, in the district of Kolbuszew. He died on 19.06.1946. He was buried at the Polish War Cemetery in Bologna. At the time of death, he served in the Kwatera Główna 5th Kresowa Infantry Division as a corpolar.
